Spiced Brussels Sprouts


Spiced Brussels Sprouts

1 cup of brussels sprouts chopped

1 tomato

1 onion

1 tsp of cumin

1 tsp of fennel

1 tsp of Hing

1 tsp of turmeric

1 tsp of fresh ginger

Salt and pepper to taste

¼ cup of water

Add onion and tomato to pan with ghee and sautéed until soft. Add spices and cook for 1 minute then add the brussels sprouts and a dash of water cover and lower heat. Keep checking and add water as you see it becoming dry.
