Ajwan Rice

2 cups rice

½ tbsp salt

Juice of 1 lemon

bunch green onions chopped

½ cup whole raw cashews

1 ½ tsp ajwan seeds

2 ½ tbsp ghee

1 bunch of coriander chopped

1) Boil rice and salt in about 4 ¼ cups of water until soft.

2) When rice is done, spread in a low, flat pan and stir in the lemon juice.

3) Saute separately in ghee the chopped green onions, whole cashews and ajwan seeds; then stir into the rice.

4) Just before serving, mix the chopped coriander into the rice mixture.
