1 tin of sweetcorn drained
A bunch of cilantro chopped
3 green onions
1 tsp of paprika
4 tablespoons of chickpea flour
1/2 juiced lemon
Put all ingredients in a food processor. Use a tablespoon to scoop on to pan and form fritters and cook at medium heat with ghee or coconut oil.
Delicious!! Serve it with guacamole or a nice fresh salsa.
