Delicious Ashwagandha rice drink. In Ayurveda Ashwagandha is the one of the top herbs for Vata. This drink is nourishing, a rejuvenative tonic, anti inflammatory and nervine. Immune boosting and brain tonic. Do not take if are congested, this is a heavy herb to digest if taken alone, you need digestive spices to help it assimilate to your body and truly feel the benefits. Use spices like cardamom, cinnamon and ginger for this drink. Best enjoyed before bed when you are ready to unwind and relax from your day😊If you decide to add honey do make sure is not the equal amounts of the ghee as this combination is contraindicated in Ayurveda.

1 hot cup of rice milk

1/2 tsp of ashwagandha

1/2 tsp of cinnamon

1/8 tsp of cardamom

1/4 tsp of ghee

mix and enjoy 😋
