Carrot Cumin Soup

Cumin Carrot Soup

6 carrots peeled and chopped

1 tsp of cumin

1 celery stick chopped

1tsp of maple syrup

3 cups of broth

Add all ingredients to a pan and simmer until carrots very tender. Cool slightly and blend.
