Chickpea Curry

ingredients:
2 Tins of Chickpeas
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp of turmeric
1/2 tsp of fresh ginger grated
2 tbs ghee
1 tsp of cumin seed
1 chilli chopped
1tsp garam masala
1/4 cup of water
Preparation:
Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds, turmeric, chilli and ginger. Sauté for a a few minutes, watch not burn the spices. Add chickpeas and water. Simmer and mash some of the chickpeas to form a thicker paste. Salt to taste.
