Spiced Buckwheat Porridge


1 cup of buckwheat

1 cup of water

2 cups of coconut milk

1 tsp of cinnamon

1/2 tsp of fresh ginger

a pinch of ground cloves

add honey to taste after is cool down slightly

Preparation:

Add buckwheat, water, spices and milk simmer until most liquid is absorbed and grain is soft. Add more milk if you want it less thick.
