Date Milk


4 Pitted dates chopped

1 cup of soya or almond milk

1 tsp of cinnamon


Put all ingredients in the blender and mix. Serve warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

In Ayurveda hot milks are a great way to add protein and calm the nerves. You can spice them according to your Dosha- Vata - Ginger and most spices Pitta- Cinnamon and Cardamom and Kapha-Ginger.
